Meditation for every walk of life

Stress does not ask what you do for a living, and neither does a quiet minute. Here is how short sessions fit into different days. The app is a tool for well-being and does not replace medical care.

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel in the first 30 days and you pay nothing.

At work and at study

In the office

A three-minute reset between meetings and a short session to close the day.

Leaders and managers

Five quiet minutes before the first message, so you listen more and react less.

Nurses, doctors, carers

One minute between patients, body relaxation after a hard shift, sleep sessions when the day replays.

Teachers

A slow out-breath before you enter the room and a one-minute quiet moment with the group.

Students

A focus session before study and rest between blocks.

Shift and hands-on work

Two minutes at break to drop the shoulders and a body relaxation after a night shift.

At home and in care

Parents

Five quiet minutes when the children sleep. Breathe out before you shout.

Teenagers

The mood check-in includes anger. Learning early that a feeling can pass is a gift.

Older people

Sessions can be three minutes long, with a calm voice and no rush.

Hard times

Loss or illness do not go away, but you may carry them with a little more calm.

Ideas for kindergartens

Restful Awareness is not a children’s app. These ideas come from a real kindergarten routine, where an adult always leads and the volume stays low.

  1. Nap time. The teacher plays meditation music and lets a child choose an ambient sound such as rain, birds, ocean or a fireplace.
  2. Two helpers. Two children pick music and an ambient sound, then lie down while the teacher guides a relaxation.
  3. A stone on the tummy. Children hold a toy or stone on the belly and feel it rise and fall with the breath.
  4. A restless day. A short session can help a restless or ADHD child settle, with an adult beside them.
