Sleep meditation · free for 30 days
Sleep meditation for the nights your mind will not switch off
You are tired, the room is dark and your thoughts are running through tomorrow’s list. Trying harder to sleep usually makes it worse. A sleep meditation gives the mind something gentle to follow while the body lets go, and falling asleep halfway through is the goal, not a failure.
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel in the first 30 days and you pay nothing.

A simple bedtime routine
- Put the phone on a low brightness and lower the volume before you press play.
- Open the app and tap Can’t sleep, or choose a sleep or body relaxation session.
- Lie down. Let the out-breath be a little longer than the in-breath.
- Follow the voice through the body, from the feet up, and let each part go soft.
- If you drift off, good. The session simply ends without you.
What the app offers for sleep
Sleep meditation
Slow, quiet guidance made for lying in bed, not for sitting upright.
Body relaxation
A walk through the body that softens the jaw, shoulders and belly.
Soft sounds
Quiet sounds such as rain, ocean, birds or a fireplace under the voice.
Racing thoughts
Sessions for a restless, busy mind, including minds with ADHD.
After a night shift or a hard day
Shift workers and people who carry the day to bed can use a body relaxation session at any hour. The mood check-in also lets you say “tired” instead of “can’t sleep” when you just need to rest.
“Rest is not something you do. It is what remains when you stop pushing.”Restful Awareness
Questions people ask
Can a meditation app help me fall asleep?
Many people find that a calm voice and slow breathing help them settle faster. Results differ from person to person, and long-lasting sleep problems are worth discussing with a doctor.
How long should a sleep meditation be?
Anything from a few minutes to twenty. Choose a length you can lie through without checking the time.
Is falling asleep during meditation a problem?
Not at bedtime. For sleep sessions it is the aim.
